Availability, Session Invites and Response Times

Your availability is a key feature on your dashboard, ensuring that your clients can book sessions at the right time. It is crucial to regularly update your availability to accurately reflect your current schedule. Your availability must be updated as it changes. Keeping this information up-to-date will help prevent bookings during times when you’re unavailable and ensure a smoother experience for both you and your clients.

When a client invites you for a session, you will receive both a text message and a WhatsApp notification. We kindly ask that you respond to these invites preferably within one hour. Please note that a session is automatically cancelled after four hours of getting no response. You will also get a notification of the cancelled appointment on your whatsapp. While we understand that you may be engaged in other activities at the time, it is important that no session invitation goes unanswered for more than two hours.

Our goal is to become the fastest-responding mental health startup in Africa, and we rely on your commitment to help us achieve this. Clients can view your average response time, and those who respond promptly are more likely to attract clients for future sessions.

Please note that failure to respond to an invite within six hours will lead to an automatic temporary deactivation of your profile on the platform, making you unavailable for future bookings. Out of our respect for your time, the client is charged a reschedule fee, after 48 hours of the initial session. This is to ensure that they commit to the scheduled time.

Kindly note that enabling same day bookings would require that you are committed to handling sessions on that very day.
