Help-Desk

Your dashboard includes a dedicated help-desk feature for addressing any issues related to your activities on the platform. Please use this feature to submit all complaints, and rest assured that you will receive a prompt response.


Emails

All official information and updates from Mytherapist.ng will be communicated via email. On the first of each month, we send out a newsletter containing important updates and announcements. We encourage you to regularly check your inbox, as our emails may include critical information related to any complaints you’ve submitted or updates you need to be aware of. Look out for emails from dedoyin@mytherapist.ng or operations@mytherapist.ng


Google Meet

On the last Friday of every month, Mytherapist.ng hosts a town hall meeting via Google Meet for all therapists. These meetings provide an opportunity for peer-to-peer supervision, shared learning, and discussions on best practices in mental health. Continuous learning is at the heart of what we do, and these town hall meetings offer an excellent platform for enhancing our collective knowledge.
